Dynatrace has enhanced its observability platform by expanding its scope to LLM and artificial intelligence applications. According to the company, this update will allow businesses to safely integrate generative AI into their processes.

Dynatrace AI Observability is a solution that ensures visibility on the entire generative AI infrastructure. Starting from hardware, such as NVIDIA GPUs, to foundation models, semantic caches, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks. It supports major platforms for creating, training, and delivering AI models, including Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon SageMaker, and Google AI Platform.
The new Dynatrace solution also integrates its own AI, Davis AI, a natural language queryable co-pilot that provides suggestions to optimize infrastructures. Davis AI is also a valuable support for regulatory compliance needs, as it can trace the origins of the output created by their applications. Lastly, it also monitors token consumption in AI applications, helping to keep costs under control.
